On Monday 16th November 2015 the Class 2 Outdoor Learning Area was officially opened by the Reverend and Mrs Wilton and Mr Stewart Hartley on behalf of the Lady Hastings Trust.
The children in Class 2 were very keen to show off their new learning environment to the visitors and enjoyed telling them all about the different learning areas.
We were presented with a special plaque which will be displayed in our playground as a reminder of the support that the Lady Hastings Trust have given to the development of our outdoor learning.
It was a very special occasion and we feel very proud to have such a wonderful outdoor environment in which to learn at Harewood Primary School.
