Wigton Moor vs Harewood football match

Thursday 15th of October 2009 Harewood Primary School played a football match agaist Wigton Moor. The first half was goalless, we nearly scored many times but their keeper was great and made lots of good saves. In the second half their keeper kept saving all of our shots and looked like it was going to be a nil nil draw. In the last five minutes their keeper hoofed the ball down the pitch it, bounced over our defender and the striker ran on to it and scored. The gaffer (Mr. Madeley) pushed a defender into midfield. Because of this, their strikers outnumbered our defenders and scored again. The final score was 2-0 to Wigton Moor.
