Brilliant Behaviour!

 This week is our termly feature week. Each class is looking at the topic of 'Brilliant Behaviour'. We are finding ways to make sure that Harewood is the safest and happiest place it can be for everyone.

As part of the extra special events taking place this week Daphne Reynolds from Drama Den organised a drama workshop for each of the classes. Class 3 explored how our body language reflects the way we are feeling.

 The children used their skills to create a piece of performance poetry which they acted out to music. The class worked brilliantly in groups to produce their final pieces in a very short time.

 Daphne was impressed with the way the children were able to share ideas and come up with their own original way of performing the poem.

 Later in the week the children will get a chance to write their own poems on the theme of 'Brilliant Behaviour'. Look out for them on our 'Collection' part of the blog.
