On World Book Day all the children and staff all came dressed up as their favourite book characters.
There were some fabulous costumes
The chosen winners from each class received a book from the book fair.
In the afternoon we had an assembly so we could parade everyone's costumes.
We then did a book sharing activity where older children in school shared books with the younger children.
Which was lovely to see and all the children benefitted from.
Thank you to all the parents who provide such amazing costumes.
We all had a brilliant day and hopefully inspired the children to love their reading!
