High Adventure 2018 Day 5: High Ropes!

Friday arrived which meant one thing - High Ropes!!

Firstly though, before we start the day five blog, we'd all just like to thank Mrs Gregson who ended up staying much longer than she'd originally planned (unfortunately Mrs Wraight has been unwell this week but thankfully rejoined us yesterday). As you can see from the picture above, she hasn't been afraid to get her hands dirty and get stuck in - thank you so much Mrs Gregson!

Pictured below are four activities: the ariel assault course; the 'crate challenge' (which is a great teamwork task); the zip wire; and the 'Leap of Faith'.

'I'll show them how this is done.....'

 'Do your homework kids!!'

Well done Year 6! You've shown such courage and bravery this week - we've all been so impressed. It's been great to see so many of you push yourselves way out of your comfort zone. I've been a very proud teacher this week.

Now it's time for your homework assignment: go home and show your parents this blog and let them know all about the brilliant things you've done this week (and don't forget to thank them!).
