Rosie's big day out

In the cockpit

Rosie says, "It was bring your child to work day, so my Daddy took me to Leeds Bradford Airport. He is a Captain, flying aeroplanes for British Airways. I had to wait for my Daddy to land his plane as he was flying in from Heathrow Airport in London."

Outside the plane

" I went into the plane. We looked at the passenger cabin and the cockpit. Daddy showed me all the buttons and levers that fly the plane. We had lots of photographs taken. Then he had to fly away somewhere else, so I got to go up into the Control Tower to watch him take off."

Bye bye, Daddy

"As he flew away, I heard him say 'Goodbye, Rosie' over the radio. I had a brilliant time."
